What personal information we collect
Information you give us:
- Name, surname, and company name
- Email address, telephone, and mobile number
- Billing and delivery addresses
- VAT number and company registration number (trade accounts)
- Order history and product preferences
- Communications you send us (enquiries, quotes, support requests)
- Account credentials where you register an account
Information collected automatically:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on site, and referring website
- Cookie and similar tracking data (see Cookies below)
We do not store your full payment card details. Card payments are processed by PayFast, and card data is handled directly by them under their own security standards.
How we use your information

- Provide quotations and respond to enquiries
- Manage your account, credit facility, and invoicing
- Arrange delivery and communicate with courier partners
- Process returns, warranty claims, and after-sales support

Lawful basis for processing
We process personal information where:

Who we share your information with
We share personal information with the following categories of operator, only to the extent necessary:

We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep your information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, and thereafter as required by law. Tax and accounting records are retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with the Tax Administration Act and Companies Act.
How we protect your information
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access controls, and vetting of our service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where a security compromise affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by section 22 of POPIA.

Our website uses cookies to operate correctly, remember your preferences, keep items in your cart, and understand how the site is used.

Marketing communications

Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, or unlawfully obtained information
- Object to the processing of your personal information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator

Our website and products are directed at adults and trade customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without parental consent.
