Stay comfortable in any room with the Haier Portable Air Conditioner. It delivers 12,000 BTU of cooling and 9,000 BTU of heating, enough for spaces of 16 to 25 m², so it works year-round in bedrooms, home offices and living areas. Because it's portable, you can move it to wherever you need it most.
Built-in UVC sterilisation is rated 99.99% antibacterial and treats the air as it circulates. The washable filter is easy to remove, rinse and refit, so the unit keeps running at its best. It also works as a fan, dehumidifier and air purifier, which makes it useful well beyond the hottest months.
Built-in WiFi lets you control the unit from your phone, and the included remote handles day-to-day adjustments. The I Feel function reads the temperature at the remote rather than at the unit, so it cools or heats based on where you're actually sitting. A 24-hour timer, a three-speed fan and automatic up-and-down swing let you set it up the way you like.
At its lowest setting it runs at just 50 dB, quiet enough for a bedroom at night. Its auto evaporative system runs drain-free for up to 24 hours, and automatic defrosting keeps heating steady in cooler weather. If the power cuts out, auto restart brings it back on with your previous settings.
Setup takes two steps: fit the exhaust hose and you're running, with no wall-mounting or outdoor unit. It uses R290, a lower-impact natural refrigerant, and carries an A energy rating for both cooling and heating.
This unit must be installed by a qualified, registered installer in compliance with SANS 10142-1 and local municipal by-laws. Non-compliant installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. A Certificate of Compliance is required where a new electrical circuit is installed.

On arrival: Deliveries are curbside. Please have someone available to receive, offload, and position the equipment.

Returns
Authorisation required: Contact your sales representative before returning any item.
Handling charge: Approved returns of correctly supplied goods carry a 10% handling charge. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods are exempt.

Compliance: Installation must meet SANS and local municipal by-laws. Some imported units include an interlinking cable, but Norse or Surfix cabling may be required. Compliance is the responsibility of the client and installer.
