A wall-mounted split isn't always the right fit for an open-plan office, a shop floor, or a room where you don't want a unit taking up wall space. This York cassette sits flush in the ceiling and pushes air out in a 4-way spread, covering a room evenly from the centre rather than from one wall.
Fixed-speed operation keeps things simple, dependable heating and cooling without the added electronics of an inverter, built on R410a refrigerant and backed by York's standard warranty through Climate Control Warehouse.
This unit must be installed by a qualified, registered installer in compliance with SANS 10142-1 and local municipal by-laws. Non-compliant installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. A Certificate of Compliance is required where a new electrical circuit is installed.

Shipping
Availability — Most equipment ships ex-stock, subject to availability. Rooftop and chiller units are made to order.
Delivery charges — Delivery is quoted separately. Orders delivered more than 50km from your nearest branch (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban) carry a 5% charge on order value.
On arrival — All deliveries are curbside. Offloading, rigging, and positioning on site remain the customer's responsibility, so please have arrangements in place before your delivery arrives.
Dispatch — Goods are released once your account is in good standing or payment reflects on our bank statement.

Authorisation required — Contact your sales representative before returning any item.
Handling charge — Approved returns are subject to a 10% handling charge.

Compliance — Installation must meet SANS and local municipal electrical by-laws. Some imported units include an interlinking cable, but Norse or Surfix cabling may be required. Verifying compliance remains the responsibility of the client and installer.
